Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional clinical care and support to residents in line with best practice standards. Monitor, assess, and manage resident health needs, including medication administration and wound care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents’ wellbeing and comfort. Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents. Educate and support families, carers, and staff on care-related matters. Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and Aged Care Quality Standards. About You: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience in aged care (highly regarded but not essential). NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
